Seven Hills Realty Trust on Tuesday named Fernando Diaz as its next chief financial officer and treasurer, effective Oct. 1.
Diaz joined RMR Group in 2007 and currently serves as a vice president.
Real-estate investment trust Seven Hills also said that Phyllis Hollis resigned from its board of trustees.
