Seed Innovations shares rose after it sold part of its stake in German medical cannabis company Avextra for 2.9 million euros ($3.1 million).
At 0708 GMT, shares were up 0.35 pence, or 15%, at 2.75 pence.
The investor in medical cannabis and other wellness companies on Monday said the 2,900 shares it sold–at a 62% return on its initial investment–represented 56.4% of its holding in Avextra.
It now holds 3% of the company on a fully diluted basis, it added.
