Quarterhill appointed board member Chuck Myers as chief executive of the Canadian technology company.
Myers, who most recently was CEO of California-based technology company Cogniac, succeeds John Gillberry, who took on the role of interim CEO following the departure in March of Bret Kidd.
Myers has been on Quarterhill’s board since May.
The company, which supplies tolling and enforcement solutions in the transportation-system industry, in late May named Vice President of Corporate Finance Kyle Chriest as interim chief financial officer with the departure of CFO John Karnes.
