Future Metals NL named Patrick Walta as its executive chairman as Justin Tremain steps down.
The London- and Australian-listed mining company on Monday said Walta will take on the role after the group’s annual general meeting in November. Tremain will be stepping down as nonexecutive chairman on the same day but will stay on the board as senior independent nonexecutive director, it added.
