Pacira BioSciences said Tuesday that Chairman and Chief Executive David Stack would retire when a new CEO is appointed by the board.
The company, which focuses on non-opioid pain management and regenerative health solutions, said a search for Stack’s successor is underway. He is then expected to continue in a consulting role through August 2025.
